Tips for finding books

How do I read Library of Congress (LC) call numbers?

You can use the Library of Congress Classification System to find books on the discipline you are studying. For example, books about "education" have a call number starting with "L". This means you can browse for books in the stacks on the 3rd floor, by going to the "L" section of the shelves, identified by signs fixed to the end of each row.
